Nothing but crickets over at Captiva Verde's board as well. Wouldn't be surprised if there's a class-action lawsuit...

Jeff wasn't smart enough to realize he also needed to place a blackout period for Captiva Verde. It just means there is nothing relevent going to happen between the two companies. Unfortunate.
