 I have a feeling Jeff made statements that his lawyers were not comfortable with and told the guy not to post the video. Blackout period is merely an excuse for his silence and a reason for not buying shares. News will definitely come out but is a blackout period justified, likely not. He didn't even post an agenda for the Captiva Verde shareholder phone in meeting he held after the AGM ...more
