According to Stockwatch,there is a block of 65,000 shares offered at $1.07.That's the largest single offering that I have seen in observing the Grb trading .This will be interesting to see how the market responds.

Unrelenting bad mouthing today by the whole cast of miscreants have done little damage to the stock today and half of the block was disposed of by the large seller.Will have to mobilize more damnation as it looks like the stock can withstand their naysaying .

The only way for them to get onto the NASDAQ currently is to have the Sage Ranch NPV assets placed onto the balance sheets. Otherwise they don't meet any qualifications. As Jeff said this will cost the company alot of time and money on a very regular basis. With not having any revenues coming from PWR this would cause the company to have to dilute shareholders through a financing. Is there
