Finally bear market came !

Over 2 years anyone who believes this stock , had successfully avoided bull market , and drag himself down to the hole . And finally the bear market come , and house price obviously gonna drop , Jeff's endless delay finally gonna make his shareholders pay a even harsher price . Time is counting down , 10,9,8... heading to a disaster.

You see , whenever the stock price going  to drop jeff always would come up a brilliant idea to hold his shareholders down . So they won't sell off before the crash come .  The house price bubbles bust just matter of time , and now you gonna build 1000 house , see how that gonna goes .

After the 1 million stock purchase pump job last year, the stock droped more than 50%. I wonder how much it will drop this time after the latest pump.

The next thing the Jeff goigg to say it's : it's bear market , it's not our fault that sp drop to 0.5$ . Yeah there's black out period , but I never promised the sp will go up . It's market crush , not my fault

If it were not for the Water District lawsuit against the City and Greenbriar I would have said the likely news was the sale of Sage Ranch. The other would be (as I previously suggested) they have picked one of Westlake's properties to take photos and work off that promo. Final possibility is they annoucement of the reinstatement of the Puerto Rico's Green Energy Incentives Act. Again they ...more

Shnepps .... (aka Jeffrey Dahmer's twin brother .... ouch) You have no clue what is happening between the City and the Water District under signed and confidential settlement, nor the timing. You have no clue when we can sell 300 homes for cash in advance, or 995 homes for cash in advance, or to an institutional buyer where we get a huge cash amount (9 digits) now for all the entitlement ...more

The property for sale is not in the City and is unincorporated farm land, that will remain farmland.  In fact, the land is related to the water district guy who asked the City in a formal letter to push Kern County to re-zone this property to residential as the City and County have an agreement that all County land within one mile from the ...more

Jeff the fact that I never stated you received kickbacks is within the comments I posted. What I stated was that all parties involved in these business dealings receives benefits/perks from their participation. Read it again. As for trading (blackout period) it is a voluntary excercise and it's typically only the NEO's that are held accounted for not buying and selling. Others can. Read my ...more
