Insiders have not been able to trade for over a month now. I'm expecting news out eventualy. We should be up to date for nasdaq now, alberta should be a go any day now as well. California news I expect end of summer/ September and Puerto Rico wild card. Maybe Jeff is lining up another project who knows. Time will tell. Eventually we will get our day. I can't wait for that day to come personally! Anyone else have any thoughts/ ideas?

Cant see anything in your comments,other than another project,to warrant the insider trading halt.And the new project would have to be a real biggie to warrant the halt.I am expecting GAME CHANGING MOMENTOUS,AWE INSPIRING MOUTH AGAPE pronouncements.Or at least something to move the stock up a tad or two.But how long do I have to wait:I haven't a clue.

Morning John, As I mentioned previously in a posting the apartments were to be rental units according to documents. Jeff may have hinted about the sale of parts of the Sage Ranch as an upcoming event. GRB is not exactly a builder and would likely sell parts to individual builders. Very typical in new surveys to have multiple builders. I wouldn't be surprised they announce the apartment complex

Well Mr.Shneps,your guess would certainly qualify as a major event,if part or all of Sage was to be sold. Appreciate you subdued tone and hope that you agree that selling Sage would open up lots of new possibilities.

I'm  making an assumption that you are a Mr. by the strident comments you have made. If wrong I beg your pardon.

I would assume in the event of a sale (partial or full) the number one benefactors will be in the bonuses that get paid out. Number two would likely lead to the previously mentioned properties being moved into GRB and developed. Again there are certain benefactors that will propsper more then shareholders. But let me reiterate these are not "kickbacks" as certain persons have alluded too

Ah Mr Shneps,you don't disappoint.While accepting the Sage sale to be a good thing,you imply shareholders like me will be shafted as bonuses will be given and property shifts made that ruin GRB's direct benefit of the sale.  Well we are talking about a phantom sale and phantom bonuses and phantom shifts,but you cynicism remains real..
