What is an eligible area?

Housing may be constructed in urban or rural areas, as long as there is a demonstrated need.
 
Funding may also be available for related activities including:
 
Buying and improve land (****more to come on this)
Purchasing household furnishings
Paying construction loan interest

What kinds of funding are available?
 
Low interest loans
Grants based on need and may not exceed 90% of project cost

So according to what you are presenting, there will be 995 homes times a household average of 2.41 persons  = 2,398 persons moving into Sage Ranch in Tehachapi and all the housing is for "Off-Farm Labour". And yet Sage Ranch is a sustainable community in which people don't need cars, they can walk anywhere from their homes. There is no transit system except for dial a ride ...more
