If there isn't another bid before the open who know where it starts it will be very interesting. Lots of details yet to come out on this one! Staying long! Maybe a take out of the whole thing before its over

Yes the tomorrow market will tell us alot... uptick and volume will mean time to get excited again otherwise back to the doldrums...tough market though... here's hoping ...

Hard to tell. Sets a floor. With a Low free float this could fly, but who knows if we have the exposure to get the additional volume from new investors.

What is smoke and mirrors is the offer price of $62,000,000.It wouldn't matter if GRB opens at $ .90. The REAL value of Sage is $124,000,000 as stated in the ALTUS report ,ALTUS,being the LEADING expert in valuing RE. $62,000,000 is a HALF of the value of Sage,and it is a falsity to justify it based on the market price of GRB.Jeff will use his preeminent negotiating skills to get us a decent ...more

Why insist on the whole NVP that Altus has calculated and do the whole job and wait for the money to flow in. The offer could be a little higher - but this offer is not bad. GRB should take the money im my opinion  "immediately" and push other projects e.g. with West Lake & other potential partners massively. Either way, whatever GRB decides, Sage supports a price of 2.5 CAD ...more

Here is the recent history of housing prices in Tehachapi.  This is the price of a median home in Tehachapi per square feet: $163/sq.ft. June 2018 $164/sq.ft. June 2019 $168/sq.ft. June 2020 $211/sq.ft. June 2021 $238/sq.ft. June 2022   Altus Projection $272/sq.ft.   The projection was conducted by Altus back in January so it's likely Altus did not take ...more

The Strasser's are friends of Jeff's and are (according to Jeff ) already significant investors in Greenbriar. Certainly not the nine figures Jeff lead us believe the offer might be for, in fact it is an offer at significant discount to value. Phantom is issuing the offer. The Strasser's may be the shareholders or one of their various subsidaries or companies.

Continuing on:the market hasn't given us anything.There is one lowball bid.What are you afraid of,the value has been established at $124,000,000.Give us something approaching that or if not finish the project.You are mesmerized by the low market price of GRB,which has nothing to do with it.

The present negotiating team is rather bogged down it seems. But I prefer to keep the focus on GRB, thanks 9lslucky.
