828 Acres - Shneps - SheepGirl - and other related folks
A few points:
1) Please short as many shares as possible on Monday. Please short as much as possible
2) The 828 acres and anything even near Sage Ranch will NEVER get supported by City staff or the planning commission. Sage Ranch is 995 homes with density, including 204 unit apartments, and that is enough for the community. Other than our 28 acres across the street zoned for 300 apartments, The City and County is done with any new big project EVER, plus that is the end of the water after Sage Ranch.
3) The 828 acres has no density, bad location, no adjacent major sewer connection and a million other problems. No Sewer line that can handle the usage of the proposed 828 acres and no facilities that can process more than Sage Ranch. Sage Ranch is the end of that amount of homes for that region.
4) Higher bids will come and the black out is still in effect for other reasons, like further projects and news.
5) IIROC pre-read our Phantom bid news release, including the bid letter, the CIBC letter and the Altus report a day before the resumption of trading. The regulators approved the contents behind the news release.
6) Please short as many shares as possible

These guys aren't smart enough to open a savings account, much less short a stock.

My estimate the stock price will go to about 1.65 in Monday

Watching the stock price from day to day makes no sense to me. Wouldn't really care if it went down 25 cents or up 15. Short and long term fundamentals look strong to me. If the CEO believes stronger offers are coming, I'll sit tight.
