I can tell you 99% grb didn't have any good news yesterday . black out period 2 and half months now , and still there's no any real good news .. real life experience: you shouldn't never believe someone has credibility problems, and red flags

The offer to buy Sage by the Canadians and subsequent decision to sell Sage at $4.82 per share equivalent doesn't qualify as GOOD news?If you were looking for good news yesterday,on Montalva,that will be announced by P.R.not Jeff and will come in typical slow P.R. fashion.
