Black-out Period

Black-Out Period is still in effect.

Exercising options is NOT buying shares on the open market or privately. It is the simple exercise of a share issuance that was granted years ago. The share allotment is already within the Company's capital as allocated for issuance.

And the buyer at $1.38 two days ago did not sell at $1.32 the same day or any day as incorrectly reported by our resident troll.

His bid remains 150,000 at $1.27 ready to take-out anyone as a first entre, then more whenever.

Shareholders understand they are dealing with legit CEO and company with several high value projects. Rinse/Repeat on auto cycle as Shneps now looking for next false accusation.

Besides what he also just posted: • Typically, a company will define its blackout period, stipulating the time frame and who is and isn't allowed to trade shares. So what is it? Webb buying shares and Sunderland buying shares. Blackout period has no stipulated timeframe and apparently anybody can buy shares. I'm not expecting you to buy shares becaused you already lied to shareholders ...more
