When Jeff submits a request for a blackout period there is supposed to be a start date and an assumed completion date. (three months later is BS) If this is related the purchasing of "one of Paul Morris's realty holdings" (because apparently Jeff is unsure what he is buying or how he is paying for it) calling for a blackout doesn't make any sense. Seems everyone asks about the softening realestate in the US and downplays Sage Ranch at every turn attemping to naysay Jeff and his team.  This is more evidence of increasing local demand for the housing at Sage Ranch with higher paying jobs.
