Too start with that is $244 per sq ft whereas Sage Ranch equivalent is $260 + HOA fees. You are saying this exact home (and three others, that all sold for the exact same price) are currently in escrow for $549,000? That's is still $257 per sq. ft. or $3 less then the Gold Standard Altus Report for SFD 7 homes of 2100 - 2400 sq ft @ $260 or bungalow homes of 1900-2100 sq. ft. @ $260. Not sure ...more

That is a pretty decent sized survey. (K Hovanian Homes) Nice to be them one day. Jeff you really need to start buying more development lands, when it takes ten years to bring to market, that is creating quite the lag time between projects. Know I see where the city has significantly more homes coming into development then Sage Ranch (which is the largest). Gotta get going Jeff, your gonna miss ...more
