House market crushing is happening and it will only get worse .  Foresee this was coming from half year ago .
that's why latest Jeff's news and his replies were all about to pump up sage ranch . Why ?  Because Jeff know damn well , this gonna make much harder to sell sage ranch , and it will very badly effect the price.  That is why Jeff tried his best to make it look a little better . And don't keep your hopes up on phantom . This Canadian company most likely 95% won't take sage ranch .   And Jeff is looking for more new buyers by putting all those good news about sage ranch  , and he not gonna find any for sure .  Now Grb is looking to buy a real estate company , bravo just amazing move .

What a genius when the market was at the top Grb had no intention to sell sage ranch , and now when this real estate market drop to bottom. Jeff thinks it finally the time to let it go . See this it's kinda of company you put hope that will make good decisions and with a bright future .

Tehachapi Population only around 10-15k , it's a very small town .  Now suddly over 3k-4K people gonna move in this community in couple years .  That gonna cause a lot problems for sure . There are just simply not enough facilities to satisfy the sudden population raise over 40% .  for example school . There are only 6 school, 3 elementary, 1 middle school , 2 high school ...more
