Why is this real estate magnate bidding up the assets of Greenbriar? Because his family's wealth alliance has a major stake in a company and the shareprice is going nowhere? Two lines that I love from the webinar announcement (which is two months away?). "All financing is secured at project level – no dilution – no debt – high-margin." Appartently going from 3.57M shares outstanding to 29M doesn't count as "dilution", $6.2M in liabilities with a $23M deficit is "no debt" and the only "high margin" are the loans owed to ...more
