Windstar 1

For those interested.

At a few miles to the Southeast of Sage Ranch, a wind park can be found that was realised by Western Wind in 2011, Mr. Ciachurski's previous company.

It's called Windstar 1 and has a capacity of 106 MW.

If KH had done their 'DD' of the area, they would have known there's no water, a saturated re-sale market, and of all things, a prison in Tahachapi. Someone should write them a letter, like 5000 pages, and let them know the problems with the area! What a horrible time to be a home builder.

KV bought those lots last year for $55,000 per lot. (GRB wants $181,000 per unit) Since purchasing those lots they have only applied for 4 permits from the City to build homes. Those homes being built are the model homes. Congratulations on looking like the idiot again. Don't forget you could buy this fully entitled housing development at an average price of $35,588 per lot several blocks ...more
