Enough Already

Surely we have exhausted the topic of housing shortages in California.The reality of which will surely be the determinant of whether or not we can sell Sage at a decent price.  A suggested new topic: Do we have a possibility of significant revenue source in Green Matters,or is it a small target of opportunity?

Green Matters will install their unique energy recovery solution on Sage Ranch. But not much details are now. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/green-matters-technologies-announces-mou-100000066.html It's purely a speculation from me but maybe GRB (through its network of large real investors) can consult on the Centennial project for Green Matters? I don't know the Centennial project but I ...more

Seems like a great fit for GRB's green objectives.Why not merge and use capital from Sage sale to mobilize the Green Matters products.
