Tehachapi home values will skyrocket You should forward this to the Tehachapi City Council seeing as the development of Sage Ranch is apparently built on bringing the homeless and farm labor to the heart of the city according too you. Definitely a 180 degree turn from the aviation and engineering professionals the development platform was promoted on to city council. "Moving homeless
