I will throw something on the table. Why not do a Partnership deal with a Real Estate listed company for the Sage Project. Have them issue Greenbriar $100 million of their shares and $75 million cash at a price of Jeffs chosing for 2-4 year period. Greenbriar wins, they win! Move everything forward. I should be in those meetings. Any big company that can hand out big money will do. One example
