Tehachapi Water

With the water supplies above the 100% level in Tehachapi and throughout California the whole water issue is moot (it was anyway). With financing secure, there are zero headwinds for Sage Ranch. It's time to roll.

  Wouldnt these watter rights be pro-rated and passed onto the lot buyers anyway? Either hidden or not? Seems like its a simple in and out.

Water rights were never an issue with Sage, never will be. This is just left-over hysteria from shneppy. Confidential settlement discussions have been going on for a long time between the City and the District.  Sage is the red herring thrown in by the District to deal with District"s obligations to give the City an additional 1,104 Acre Feet per year under the M&I agreement.
