Tehachapi Water
With the water supplies above the 100% level in Tehachapi and throughout California the whole water issue is moot (it was anyway). With financing secure, there are zero headwinds for Sage Ranch. It's time to roll.

Wouldnt these watter rights be pro-rated and passed onto the lot buyers anyway? Either hidden or not? Seems like its a simple in and out.

How much are the water rights? Do you know that amount?

Navajojoe, why do you even think shareholders had to overpay for the water rights to supply Sage Ranch?
