Bad jurisdictions
California and Puerto Rico -- two of the worst jurisdictions to do business. California = excessive regulations, multiple lawsuits always, slow bureaucrats and courts. Puerto Rico = corruption. I will never invest in companies that do business in those places again.
Lawsuits are killing the US. It will be one of the causes of the fall of the American Empire. Too many people and lawyers make money by creating lawsuits and other chaos.
Countries like Puerto Rico want sympathy and money and aid, but refuse to fix their corruption problems. (Public executions are one of my proposed solutions.)

Here in Canada the police is service and generally not looked down on. Not whatever the heck is going on there.
