Pumping and bashing

Regardless of the pumping by Sven or the bashing by navajojoe/shneps, the share price will move when Sage Ranch gets the final green light, and it will move a lot.

All cities are growing, so why would Tehachapi be any different? Sage Ranch is in the heart of the city, so why wouldn't they approve it? Providing services to a dense housing development makes a lot more sense than some of the "suburbs" with the houses spread out on big lots.

The latest news article claims that Sage Ranch won't be considered in July, but a special meeting could be called at any time, and Jeff did say it could be early August. So why are the bashers in full freak-out mode?

Yes, there is some downside if something goes wrong. But considering what we know as fact, the chances of success far outweigh the chances of failure. And success could double, triple, or quadruple the share price. So buying GRB below a buck seems like a pretty darn good bet to me.

Tyler, you seem to be missing the fact that the City approving the PDP is not a significant milestone in Sage's approval. As long as the engineering and architectural aspects conform to the previously approved Master Development and meet the City's guidelines it is a done deal. We have been hearing this exact refrain parrotted by several minions for 5 years now. Always 2 weeks or a month away. You are either a mole or the absolute biggest sucker on these boards.
