Yeah, that's about it too.  Anything to make the day go faster and try to forget the day you bought this mess!   Let's assume he gets all the water rights and every last permit, then what ?  No Im not talking about the stock goes up 15% and 20 guys hit sell at the same time, lol!  I'm talking about on the ground?
