All we need is a little balance from you.

For example, while you were touting all of the wonderful things Sage Ranch residents will enjoy, such as the clubhouse and sporting facilities, if you had bothered to mention the fact that they have to pay HOA fees for that luzury, you would have sounded a tad more believable. I know you know about that, so why not be up front?

Noted. My communication style sometimes leaves a lot to be desired...  A bit of introspection wouldn't hurt you either though. I'll try to be more balanced.

I am about as balanced as one could be concerning GRB.  I post about the positives as I see them, but also am not afraid to talk about the potential pitfalls. Sage Ranch has a lot going for it, as it is in the middle of the city, right beside the highschool, an obvious infill project. And it is a very appealing layout. I have no doubt the city would like to see it built, but what they won ...more
