Greenbriar Sustainable Living Inc > What keeps me wondering

What keeps me wondering

is all of the people (or person) who keeps buying the PPs at prices 50% higher than today's share price, well they most likely know a lot more about what is going on than anyone posting on this chat board.
So what do they know that we don't know? I doubt they are stupid people, and they obviously think GRB is worth a lot more than 79 cents, and certainly more than they paid.

It is curious.

Well the last normal PP was in May and was fluctuating around 1.20 share price. Private placements are usually current investors or insiders. It's not unusual. What is unusual thoigh is the current debenture with a 12% interest rate.  Shareholders should be asking why.

If you are wondering about the high interest rate, that just reflects the risk of investing in a company with no income. If you are wondering why an investor would want debt rather than shares, it is most likely because debt gets first crack at the assets before shareholders. Plus they get paid while everyone else stands around with a dumb look on their faces. JMO
