That was an encouraging article, and call me crazy, but I bought the traders back i sold at a buck. And I might just hold them a little longer now? :o)

So if sage gets approved it will have some competition from the top 7th builder in the nation. 55 developed lots is a lot in little Tehachapi. There's going to be a lot of inventory available.

But those lots aren't part of a "community" development like Sage Ranch. As critical of the process as I have been, I have never denied how nice Sage Ranch would be once completed. Jeff has pulled a moose out of his rear before.

It's been a year to sell half of those (55) lots. We're told they are too expensive. GRB has 144 units coming available in less then two years with 300 reservations on the books (as of recently). 7th biggest builder will not look good when Phase 1 is sold out in days. Good luck to all.
