I read through the Loop News report by Pat Doody of the PDP meeting. Her final line in the article states the following - 
"Although Commissioner Nixon stated that, in her opinion, the Sage Ranch project was "too big for Tehachapi," the Commission voted 3-0 to approve the Phase 1 Precise Development Plan for Sage Ranch. In the absence of Commissioners Charles White and Linda Hollingsworth, approval was given by Commissioners Kim Nixon, Daryl Christensen and Steve Hamblin. It must also be noted that no development can begin until all legal challenges have been decided."

She doesn't reference who/where this comment was addressed in the meeting but she has directly referenced it in the article.

He also sent a letter to Claudia Elliott but unfortunately Claudia's husband went to walk the dog yesterday, collapsed and was not able to be resuscitated. Claudia stands behind her story. so Peach Schnopps is leaving over Jeff's harsh email to Claudia? That is a bit extreme, but if he wantst to take his ball and go home, that is his perogative. It strikes me that this likely isnt Claudia's first conversation with the GRB team.    Jeff got all up in her grill and could have gotten the same result with a lighter touch.   This suggests he had some pent up
