I wouldn't be surprised that SAGE would sell out 50%-75% in first 3 mos! Pin-up demand for low

mortgage rate new homes in safe neighborhoods is high in this part of California! It's a tree huggers

dream area! The lastest in environmentally friendly building products and codes! Sage ranch will

likely be seen by the country as one of the up and coming ways to build communities ! What do

you think greenbriar next huge project is going to be like? We just got to move on from this 

small town BS water deal that has everything to do with egos! A water problem l believe that was

taken care of when first pointed out years ago! They just didn't like head bottlewasher solution!

It would help if you wouldn't post such nonsense. If you meant that the first stage would be "sold out 50%-75% in first 3 mos", that would be dumb enough. But from your past posts, I can only assume you meant the whole project would be sold that quickly.  It is fine to be a supporter of the project, but such irresponsible posting is probably making people wonder if GRB

Of course it's only the first phase which l'm talking about! Not the complete project! That's all they will be able to sell ! Everyone knows that who has been following the story here! People know it will be developed in phases! Subdivision of this size usually do!
