One thing to note about all of the recent financings. Those investors won't make a lot of money unless the share price gets well into the mid dollar range, and I expect they will be looking for more than that.
So the news releases in 2024 could be numerous and bullish. Follow the money.

Oh, I'm sorry. Did I miss something happen? Was the DRE report received? Have all the (300) reservations for Sage been converted to non refundable deposits? Was the financing formally approved for Sage Ranch? Were building permits issued? Did the PREB approve the PPOA? (It has been 3 1/2 months) Was the loan mandate for Montalva renewed?
