The largest solar park in the BeNeLux

The Kristal Solar Park in Lommel, Belgium is the largest producing solar farm in the BeNeLux (that acronym stands for the areas of Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxemburg).

Kristal Solar Park can be somewhat compared to the sheer size of our proposed Montalva project.

It's not 'crystal clear' from their website though whether Kristal Solar Park produces 99.5 MWac or MWdc but it does look like Montalva (80 MWac / 160 MWac) is a little bit more ambitious as panels produce DC current anyway and Montalva also comes with a solid battery storage proposition.

Greenbriar is currently talking to FOMB. Let's hope we can get their approval for Montalva! The cards look pretty good here IMO.

"Greenbriar is currently talking to FOMB. Let's hope we can get their approval for Montalva! The cards look pretty good here IMO." - Sven I didn't know that Montalva has already been approved by the PREB and has moved on to final approval in front of the FOMB. Would have thought that was far more significant news of late and certainly deserved of a NR. No mention of anything ...more

Neither one of you two contribute anything actually useful, one a mindless cheerleader, the other bashing the company at every opportunity.
Comment by shneps on Jan 22, 2024 8:41am
So you were aware of the PREB approval happening?
Comment by tylerreddick on Jan 22, 2024 9:28am
One thing for sure, I don't look to this board for information.

Missed adding "IMHO" to that line, shneps and I also mistyped "160MWdc" in the other post.

I merely asked when the PREB formally approved the PPOA and moved on to the FOMB for final approval. Seems too be an extremely relevent question. Or was that a mistype?

Last news on the matter was Oct. 4th 2023 news relase Greenbriar Announces Formal Execution of the Settlement Agreement with the Puerto Rico Energy Power Authority Bigger question to ask is why is share value down 25% year over year? Sage is approved and ready for constrution, funding to be available in a few months.
Comment by Donwaan on Jan 22, 2024 6:30pm
( Has PREB given their approval since Oct. 3rd and is the FOMB in receipt of the agreement for consideration at this time?) Greenbriar Capital Corp. has executed a formal settlement agreement with the Puerto Rico Energy Power Authority (PREPA), plus litigation in front of the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB). The settlement was filed with PREB at 7:21 p.m. ET on Oct. 3, 2023, for PREB approval ...more

Yesterday the following information was posted on the PREB site: PREB - Notice of Appearance - NEPR-QR-2021-0026 I haven't received the details yet. Tyler, you can just ignore this information seeing as you're not here for that purpose.

I am still left to wonder why you spend so much of your valuable time on a stock you have no intention of owning? You never did answer why that is. If it is just a personal vendetta against Jeff, don't bother venting your anger/frustration here.
Comment by shneps on Jan 24, 2024 9:01am
You need to go back and look at how many times you've asked that exact question and how many times I have responded too it. I will not answer it again.
Comment by tylerreddick on Jan 24, 2024 9:28am
You may have "responded", but have never actually answered the question, Why are you here if you have no interest in being either long or short?
Comment by Donwaan on Jan 24, 2024 10:53am
Does anyone know the answer to this? Has PREB given their approval since Oct. 3rd and is the FOMB in receipt of the agreement for consideration at this time?
Comment by SvenVandeBroek on Jan 22, 2024 12:13pm
I already replied.

OK. So "in your humble opinion" the PREB has apparently approved the PPOA and management is now in discussion with the FOMB?  IMHO without any verified backup your statements are coming across as either being false, misleading or greatly exaggerated. Congratulations on your lose of any crediblity. Sometimes I just wonder how these lads behave to others in real life. Sorry, that ...more
