Do Sales Matter?

Board discussion is unreal.  What's the most important thing of all?  Real, demonstrable interest in Sage Ranch by buyers!  Without this you're wasting your time so why start anything.  Build and they will come ?  In your dreams no one's that dumb especially when financing is at the project level.  In other words the lender has no security other than the property and if SR fails all it's got is a lot that's worth a few million bucks as an empty lot.

A couple more years with Trudeau and many Canadians will be fighting to pick up those cheap new houses just to get away! I could sell my place in the lower mainland and buy one the new Sage places and put a mill in the bank to live on !
