Bottom line
For me, the bottom line is that I hope Sage Ranch succeeds, as the shareholders who have held on for a long time deserve nothing less. Personally, I tried to remain positive, but when things just don't seem to be going as smoothly as expected, I get nervous. I worked hard for my money, and retaining my capital is job1. Usually, once I exit a position, everything turns around and the share price goes ballisitic. So the cheerleaders on this board have that going for them
Good luck to those who hold on.

"shareholders who have held for a long time deserve nothing less" - save this for the shareholders of a company that has great management, a great business and bad luck! Not this one which hasn't had one business generate $1 in sales in 11 years!

Most of those you call bashers are simpy realists.

Doesn't change that the frequency of the negative comments has increased now that we have stepped into April.

Management & Insiders hold a majority of shares, the common shareholders doesn't really matter at this point. Sit back and wait, both projects will eventually get done, might take a lot more time but will be done! IMO, when it comes time for them to sell shares, the pump & promo will push the price.

I agree! Timing is everything with this deal! Patience is required!

Well, maybe that is because they said they would have the Voya financing in place by April 1?
