If they can sign the $40 million financing, that should be the starting gun for actual work on the Sage Ranch site. If construction doesn't start until June or July, I am ok with that, as long as it actually happens.

I already rebought a very small position because of the warrant and option exercise. I still don't like the webinar distraction, seen that movie before, usually means more delays. Prepared to be proven wrong this time.

Orrr the call is a good thing because he can't materially release any info in conversation to people.   Since the call had a press release it is reasonable to assume shareholders or interested parties would see the press release and therefore have the ability to join.   Since it is public record and a reasonable effort was made to reach all stakeholders he can share whatever he wants
