I think I'm missing something. (350) reservations should be an amazing thing. No? Was that the point you didn't like? I've always said if they can convert even a small portion of those reservations the first two phases should be able to sell out very quickly.  That didn't include the most recent information from Yolanda saying she could supply 50% or more of the home buyers.

Yes again you are missing something! l agree that the 350 reservations are amazing! I loved that point!
