No decision from judge

Despite the additional doom and gloom comments from Tyler, nothing happened today.  There is no hook for Monday and when the answer will come is tbd.  May 6th VoYA agreement isn't going to happen since this ruling didn't come.

Sounds like the judge is bit  bias against the city and grb .

What makes you think that?  I thought his line of questions was a fact finding mission.   No bias to either side.

Once again thank you to Claudia for getting the information out (nothing from the company but crickets). I believe that says a lot in itself. Don't forget that with Paul Morris owning the 28.75 acres north of Sage Ranch. If he wants to develop that land he will need water rights. Nothing to say that his water rights purchase wasn't for that property. One other source of additional water (besides the waste water treatment program) would obviously be to increase the amount of water being pumped up the mountain and stored. 1. Is ...more
