I think we need to be more realistic about this going forward. The company has stated they would break ground in the summer.

A couple of offtakes from that article as well. Note the following comment by Stuart Nacht -  "Stuart Nacht, builder for Sage Ranch, said the project will feature free market housing, and not subsidized housing. Remember talking about the bill of goods the City was sold on Sage Ranch and the reality. Thisis why Stuart was dumped and the company is involved in another legal dispute ...more
