Surprising!!

That you never see or hear in print media about what the citizens or the business people think of SAGE RANCH? Do they even want it! Are they unhappy  with the cheap political back and fore?
Are they sick of seeing delay after delay? What are saying about Head Bottlewasher? Will prospects
think I'm not buying from that company? Just a lot of questions to think about with this project?
The Puerto Rico project your selling it to a government agency! Just dealing with minor few people!

Personally, I might buy a lot for a custom build if the project is as nice as advertised, but don't think I would buy a home built by them. But that is JMO. The reason being is that I have watched local builders do their thing, as the quality of construction seems to depend on how much profit each builder expects. Always, always, always visit a house being constructed as often as you can.  Preferably everyday.  Mistakes happen, some builders cheat, problems happen. In this case, the CEO talked about bringing in a crew and building the houses in an industrial factory way.  I really wish these were factory-built houses, where the quality is guaranteed up front.
