For those who think the judge's opinion can be ignored

" The issue is whether the city of Tehachapi violated state law when it approved a 995-unit residential project on 138 acres near Tehachapi High School in September 2021."

So to ignore a negative judicial opinion would be to ignore state law, apparently.

Oh weird, I thought it was water rights whack-a-mole... so you want and expect the readers on this board to answer your questions?? Really weird.. is that question from the judge, or a newspaper?  To put in your own words.. odd. Well, rest assured California wants low carbon emissions so if kids can walk to school.. all good.. right... ??? Oh no.... but but but...
