The courts have favoured a judgement for the Water District in all three counts. The Judge does want to address the fourth issues before citing a final ruling against the City.
The court has voided the EIR in its entirety.
All approvals are to be cancelled.

The Court, however, is unable to issue the judgment or peremptory writ until the fourth cause of action is resolved. Upon resolution of the remaining fourth cause of action, a judgment shall be issued in favor of the District, and against the City, and a peremptory writ shall issue commanding

Very unfortunate! Is putting it mildly! This puts the head bottlewasher in a very uncomfortable position with shareholders! I can't imagine what the new people brought on board these last 3 years are thinking! Just complete MESS!

Well, all the longs can blame me for buying this farce. I guess I'll have to drink a bit less beer! Hard to say what this stock is now worth, if anything at all. Nothing but debt and few assets. It could go belly up. JMO

What are the company's assets? The company has no lands in Puerto Rico and no PPOA, just debt. The company has no project in Sage Ranch (currently with the judgement), just debt. Jeff transferred some water rights to Greenbriar but depending on circumstances they may go back to him.
