Am I missing something?

There aren't any retail sellers on this really, really bad news?
Are they all so naive as to think there is a way out of this mess?
GRB has no money, so firstly, that deal with PWR goes poof, so even if Sage does start, PWR will have the option to get their interest in the project, which dilutes GRB's shareholders.
GRB has no money, so how does the company function going forward?
GRB has no money, so how do they advance any of their projects.
GRB has no money, who will put more in now?

They need to put out a new release, asap.

I guess any retailer selling today would be selling at a loss, some substantial. It is human nature to not want to lose money, so I understand their reluctance.
