Water rights

I hear rumours that all the water rights may not be available for Sage Ranch.

Ronnie Strasser has 115 acre feet and Paul Morris has 76 acre feet of base water rights, but with this latest news, they might be better off selling those rights elsewhere? JMO

By the way, that works out to only 62 gallons per person based on a low 2.6 persons/household. Not quite sure where the rest of the water supply was supposed to come from? JMO

Imagining all those pain and suffering could be solved by selling the sage ranch 2years ago .  Or simply settle the lawsuit with water district by paying their legal expenses..  but no !  our genius  had to ruin it  for everyone..  Now im afraid is too late to negotiate with the water district without any bargaining chips .  All those nasty attack to water ...more
