Yeah, I have read that a dozen times. Are you saying that Sage's water was supposed to come from the Safier Trust or the Kubicek Trust? Thanks for any additional comment.

Kubicek Trust is who Jeff, Paul and Ronnie purchased the water rights from. In Dearlol "News" posting he also stated at the bottom that the City has recently purchased 175AF of water rights. Last year they leased 506 AF minus apparently the newly purchased 175AF = 331AF currently needed to be leased. That is not without the additional 263AF that will needed to be acquired for Sage Ranch ...more

Thanks.

Sorry, the water rights were originally in SunTrail Inc.'s possesion, then to Tehachapples (Kubicek Trust) and then transferred the rights to H-Star Investments who sold to GRB affiliates. Just to be clear.

There must be a mistake in the Water Report then, as it shows the Kubicek Trust still owns 305 acre feet, at the same time H-Star distributed their 305 acre feet to GRB insiders. What a convoluted mess.

Part of the confusion is that it's shown as a "2023 Report" but for water rights ownership it is effective as of March 1st 2023.

I do realise that. But still, as of that date, H-Star had distributed ALL of their rights to GRB insiders, while Kubicek still retained ALL of their 305 acre feet. So that can't be the same 305 acre feet of rights. I guess that is all I am trying to say.
