Still waiting for Dearlol

to prove that the city recently bought 175 acre feet of pumping rights.

Funny how people make statements they can't back up with proof. They just go silent, hoping people forget.

Im not obligated to prove you anything.  I have legal and moral obligation to not disclose confidential information, time will tell so just wait and see.

Did i detect some desperation,  someone maybe wanna some reinsurance before jump back the boat again .

My take on things is that engaging with the trolls is counterproductive.

I believe your take is to more to not engage at all (unless it's on your terms) but merely turtle Sven. Still only half way through your video but did watch the part where you were asking about the blackout.  5-10 minutes of rambling by Jeff and the question was never answer. Great moderation. For the next video (seeing as you doing them every month, except May and June) you might want ...more

That's RICH coming from YOU Sven! Another one of head bottlewasher kitchen staff! By not coming forward with a opinion on this train wreck l imagine your following across the pond think you are taking a page from him! I believe people will be looking at you differently now!

Well, I am sure as heck not very "desperate" to own this stock, or any stock for that matter. But if I was interested, it sure would be nice if the company issued a news release on material events, rather than sending out an email to whomever they choose. Regardless, I base my investment decisions on the facts I can glean amongst all of the clutter, and right now, the facts I have been ...more

I find that somewhat of an interesting response considering you received a private email correspondance from Jeff, which contained a letter from Carissa Beecham (Greenbriar's Senior legal cousel for the Water case) in which I assume it probably had this statement on top "Urgent - Confidential Attorney Client Workproduct". I've received the same, in the past, but have never ...more

Way to go,Mr Shneps. You are on the side of truth, justice and the American (Canadian?) way!

If you want to find out what water rights the City has purchased you can merely go to the City's agenda centre, download the City Council meetings and the financial statements are readily available. Agreed, if you are making a statement such as "The City already bought a 175AF" you should be doing two things. 1. Checking to see that the statement was indeed factual (before posting). ...more

I checked the council meeting minutes and the financial statement, and I didn't see any mention of the 175 acre feet of water purchase. That is why I asked Dearlol for a link. Apparently he didn't have it.
