Greenbriar Water Rights

Interesting to note that none of the Strasser or Morris water rights have actually been transferred and are still being held outside of Greenbrair's ownership.
That is at least in the last ten days, which the maximum allowable days before it requires the water rights to be registered.
You would think that this is one of those "tiny" items that should be already addressed.

They apparently don't have much faith in the project going forward. Of course if I were them, I wouldn't give up my water rights either until everything else was in place. Kindof a Catch 22. But Ronnie Strasser is smiling, as he got $1,376,556, or almost $12,000 per acre foot, just as a DEPOSIT, a non-refundable deposit, for his 115 acre feet of base water rights.
