I believe it had to do with the water rights of Morris and Ronnie and how the city see it!  When biggamebrass reply he wanted to set the record straight for  Claudia and big share holders! I was thinking it was a counter to her article? Then l looked on the Tehachapi news site and the article wasn't there anymore? O well, if no one else saw it ?

Thanks Base. I would sure like to know how the city looks at the water issue, and if they really would consider paying such outrageous prices for water. Hard to believe they would pay $5 million for water rights and only get $4 million back, and only then after ALL of the houses were built. Not very solid business sense, IMO.
