NASDAQ definition of "materiality"

" The importance of an event or information in influencing a company's stock price. Companies must report any material events within one month by filing SEC form 8-K. "

Since they won't issue a news release, maybe NASDAQ will force them to do an 8-K?

The fact the company has never listed on the NASDAQ would certainly make it difficult for them to enforce.

GRB trades in the US, thought maybe NASDAQ would have some application. My bad. Doesn't mean that GRB shouldn't be issuing a news release on a very material development though. JMO
