Water Rights Purchase Agreement

Apparently, as stated previously, it's obvious the letter Jeff sent to the City related to Greenbriar and shareholders providing water for Sage Ranch was indeed not a legally binding document.
With the company having to write an actual agreement contract in October of last year.

"WATER RIGHTS OPTION PURCHASE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made as of October1, 2023"

The Board of Directors and major shareholders must be getting a little fed up, too say the least.

" Strasser's water rights are apparently tied up by a sales agreement (at an outrageous price), notwithstanding the city saying they were in discussions to buy those rights, but what about the rest of the 175 acre feet of pumping rights ...more
