Checking out the Sage Ranch instagram page (not that there is anything new there), but saw a picture of their office at 101 E Tehachapi Blvd. But it isn't there now, as a mortgage outfit is working out of that building.
Did Sage actually ever occupy that building? If so, for how long?
Just curious, and wondering if anyone knew the details.

I would have thought that at least one of the cheerleaders who used to post on this board every day would have that little bit of knowledge about their investment? I guess that says a lot about that bunch.

Stuart Nacht set that office up in March of 2020 for home sales. Josh Orrantia (remember J&S Homes along with Stuart and Siri) is the owner of the building. After Jeff decided to get rid of this group and then set up with Paul Morris because of the commission fees they could collect. I checked Google street view again, and I don't see the office there either. Do they even have one now? And I find it curious that you had to answer my question, as not ONE of the cheerleaders/shareholders had any idea.
