Yet another material event?

If there is yet another delay for Sage because of the water issue, would that not be a 'material event' that would be required to be noted in a news release, especially when the company clearly stated that the fight over water would NOT affect the construction timeline?

Shareholders deserve some clarification on events of the past few months.

Even if you could run a pipe from Niagara Falla down to Tehachapi it won't change a thing,   It just means you're going to be waiting for the next thing money from Voya.  Why on Earth would VOYA lend these guys 2 cents?   Tyler you seem to think they will so please explain why. Put yourself into the shoes of the guy who's going to get fired and write what he woukd say ...more

No let's open this up - BLIZZY and lunderk or anyone else.   Tell us what the dude would say to explain why he just sent $5 million of Voya's hard earned money to Jeff!  All you have to do is explain why VOYA will ever see a penny of that loan - I mean donation.

Can anyone explain why VOYA or any one woukd loan $500 dollars to towards building Sage Ranch?  Why's this water thing talked about like it's a big deal when it isn't., Jeff doesn't even have a construction co, lined up and no one would do anything unless he's paid up front .  How far do you think this thing wil get?

Did Tyler go on summer vacation?  I don't actually know if Jeff has any companies lined up and signed up at Sage Ranch to get the dirt moving and construction ball rolling.   I just threw that out there because I don't see how he could under the current circumstances.  Sven care to chime in?

If Sven had anything positive to share, he would have. But look at his recent posts, he just attacks those who raise questions. To me, that speaks volumes.

My belief is the fact they are likely well aware that the water issue, resubmission of WSA, followed by the new EIR and City approvals are not likely to be resolved at all this year. They possibly think silence is going to protect the shareprice. That doesn't seem to be working well. If Jeff or team mention anything related to the Water District and the City current discussion then that means ...more
