Why anyone would risk a dime of their hard-earned money "investing" in this incestuous mess is beyond my comprehension. Their is so much foggy back-and-forth dealing going on, how can anyone keep track?

Where do you think the $3M is going?

Apparently the business is now being run from a one bedroom, one bath 760sq ft condo in Scottsdale AZ. 7120 East Kierland Boulevard Suite 602 Scottsdale, AZ 85254

From 2 months ago: "Jeff Ciachurski, CEO of Captiva states: "We are deeply honoured and committed to own this professional sports team " I guess his "commitment" only lasts so long?

No mention in the news release about returning the $1M+ cash he received. Did he ever receive it?
