Why anyone would risk a dime of their hard-earned money "investing" in this incestuous mess is beyond my comprehension. Their is so much foggy back-and-forth dealing going on, how can anyone keep track?

But I have to wonder, who did Cormel Capital find who would be willing to invest $3 million in PWR? What info do they have to share with potential investors that the rest of us don't seem to realise? Does PWR once again own 50% of Sage? Or are european investors just that dumb?

Where do you think the $3M is going?

Not only that $3 million, but PWR paid $1.5 million (US) in cash for the Padel Club, will they be getting that back? If so, PWR will suddenly have a lot of cash to play with.

From 2 months ago: "Jeff Ciachurski, CEO of Captiva states: "We are deeply honoured and committed to own this professional sports team " I guess his "commitment" only lasts so long?

No mention in the news release about returning the $1M+ cash he received. Did he ever receive it?

Always more questions than answers. Both PWR and GRB shareholders are like mushrooms.
