My thoughts

Grb did not get approved in PR in mid October as was presented.  It's now off to tranche 4 due in Dec

Unfortunately for me and all shareholders Grb has nothing in the fire for a long time.

it's a long term hold.   I'm happy to hold as long as I have to.

as for pwr, Jeff obviously rolling something new into this shell once he gets rid of MPC and me. Probably a good buy at these levels.

Fortunately for GRB shareholders they are not participating in the RFP tranche process so this is a non issue. "Once the formal submission for approval is made, it will be outside of the current RFP/tranche process. "as for pwr, Jeff obviously rolling something new into this shell once he gets rid of MPC and me. Probably a good buy at these levels." And that's why your selling 37M shares @ $0.02? Good buy, good buy.

Part of the overall deal.

Still no answer as to why Strasser's water rights should be worth $35,000/acre-foot while the highest other reported sale was for $10,000.

Strasser is the one who is receiving the bonus deal. I doubt very much he would care if GRB paid him 10X higher then the $10,000/AF Chiachurski received from Golden Hills. Greenbriar management are the ones who have to answer too it. Just saying.

And it really doesn't matter what the proposed sale price is if Sage Ranch never gets built, because GRB will never buy those water rights. Strasser already got almost $9000 per acre-foot just for the option, so he wins no matter what, and GRB shareholders lose.

In his last news release he made very clear there was "no obiligation" to purchase the 37M shares. Why did he state that?
